At BloxBasket, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible items. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your BloxBasket account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
